Analysis instrument and facilitator network
Deciding a culture is easy. Anchoring it is the work.
No leadership team can announce a new culture into being. Siktum maps how the organisation works today and shows where the direction holds and where it slips. You get a shared language to lead the change with.
An analysis instrument and a network of experienced facilitators. We run the mapping with you, or hand it over when you want to lead it yourselves.
-
No account, no email address
Participants leave no contact details. The reading can run fully anonymous.
-
Within the EU, deleted after 30 days
Encrypted traffic, a password-protected panel and a data processing agreement with every client.
-
Saved as they write
Answers are saved automatically. No one loses what they have written.
-
Individually or in a group
The same form on a phone as on a conference screen.
How it works
Gather
Participants answer in a form that is as simple on a phone as on a conference screen. Individually, or group by group. Everything is saved automatically as they write, so nothing is lost.
Follow
Whoever leads sees in a panel how the work is progressing: who has started, who is done and where it has gone quiet. Without disturbing the room.
Read
Once the answers are in, the engine cross-reads the whole material. What recurs, what contradicts, what lies beneath the wording. The result is a basis for decisions, not a collection of quotes.
Use cases
- Employee surveys
Individual answers, read against the question the organisation actually wants answered. Not an index, but an understanding.
- Conferences and kick-offs
Groups discuss and answer on a shared screen. The engine shows what is in the room beyond what is said aloud.
- Culture and DNA
Strengthen the culture that exists, or examine what actually carries and what does not.
- Goals and direction
How well purpose and goals are anchored in the organisation, and where they drift apart between levels.
- Teams and collaboration
How teams function, how available they are inward and outward, and what grates between functions.
- Conflict and hidden agendas
What runs beneath the surface, between departments or between board and management, made visible in a way that can be worked with.
How the instrument is built
- Built on psychology, not survey theory.
The engine starts from how people actually function together: the individual is part of a larger whole, and what happens in one part affects the whole organisation.
- Shaped in real rooms.
The instrument has taken shape alongside real organisations, most recently in a room with around ninety people.
- We ask the real questions.
And we handle the uncomfortable answer. A hidden agenda left in place costs more than one brought into the open.
- Shaped to your case.
The questions, the reading and the report are formed around the situation you want to understand. Not around a template.
Two ways to work with us
We run it
An experienced facilitator takes care of design, questions, delivery and reading. You receive a basis for decisions and a conversation about what it means and what you can do with it.
You lead it yourselves
You can lead your own groups during a kick-off or conference and gather the answers yourselves. The start we do together: we set up the panel, enter the questions and make sure they are framed so the analysis gets what it needs to hit the mark.
The result takes the shape of its audience
The engine's findings are tailored to how they will be received: for the groups on a big screen in the room, for management afterwards, for a board, or as support in a workshop led by a facilitator. Same material, different form.
Want to see what a reading looks like? Write to us and we will send an anonymised sample.
Data protection
The material is sensitive by nature. That is why data protection is part of how the platform is built, not an add-on.
Participants can answer without an account and without an email address, and the engine can be configured to be fully anonymous.
Everything is stored on a server within the EU. Traffic is encrypted and the panel is password protected.
Material is deleted 30 days after the session unless otherwise agreed. We sign a data processing agreement with every client.
About Siktum
Siktum is run by a network of experienced facilitators based in Stockholm. We take engagements in Sweden and across Europe.
The instrument is designed by Bashar Waleed, who has worked with human relationships in groups since 2022, with a background in construction engineering and studies in psychology. Relationships between people outside the office do not, at bottom, work differently from the relationships inside it. The people are the same.
Every engagement is shaped around the situation and what you want to achieve. No two are alike. Facilitators, consultants and HR specialists are welcome to get in touch for a demo.

Tell us briefly about your situation and we will get back to you within one working day.
