This text covers the website siktum.se. What is written during a session is covered by a separate text shown to the people in the room. A summary of it is further down.
This website
No cookies, no tracking, no third-party scripts. The server logs time, page and IP address like any website; the log is deleted after 14 days. The site is hosted on a server within the EU.

Email to hello@siktum.se is kept for as long as the conversation lasts and at most twelve months after.
The tool, in short
You answer individually or as a group. In group format, what is stored is the group's name, how many you are, and what you write, verbatim. Individually, what is stored is what you write and what the organisation chose to ask, never more than that. No email, no accounts, no analysis of individuals beyond what you answered.
The answers are read by whoever runs the session and compiled into a document for your employer. Everything is deleted 30 days after the session. If a full reading is ordered, the answers are sent to a language model at Anthropic in the USA under the EU standard contractual clauses, and never during collection.

Anonymous mode
The engine can be configured to be fully anonymous, collecting no personal data from participants: no email, no phone number, no information about device or operating system, and no IP address stored alongside the answers. Which mode applies is agreed with the client before collection begins.
Storage and deletion
Client data is stored on a server within the EU. The protection is access control. The data is not encrypted at rest. The retention period is agreed with the client. Unless otherwise agreed, all material is completely deleted from the server 30 days after the session.
Who is responsible
Your employer commissioned the session and decides what the result is used for. They are the ones to contact to find out what exists, have it corrected or deleted.
Whoever runs the day processes the answers on your employer's behalf.
Center Point AB (reg. no. 559357-6118) provides the tool and runs the server, and decides nothing about why the session is held or what is done with the result.
